Custom Homes and Rebuilds in Pinellas County
Quality Brothers Construction is a family-run custom home builder with a team based in the Clearwater area. We build throughout Pinellas County, including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor and Seminole.
Pinellas is mostly built out, so many of our clients here are replacing an older home or rebuilding after storm damage. Since the 2024 hurricanes, many homeowners are choosing to rebuild new and higher rather than repair. We can help you weigh your options.
What to Plan for When Building in Pinellas County
Here is what we review before pricing a new home or rebuild in Clearwater or St. Pete:
- Flood zone, required elevation and whether your home must be raised to current flood rules
- Permitting through the City of Clearwater, the City of St. Petersburg or Pinellas County
- Demolition, site prep and utility work when replacing an existing home
- Lot size, setbacks and zoning limits on older lots
- Wind-load and hurricane requirements under the Florida Building Code
Floor Plans or Fully Custom
Start from one of our floor plans designed for Florida living, adjust it to fit your lot and lifestyle, or design something entirely your own. Either way, you work directly with the builders, not a sales office.
