Your Venice Custom Home Builder
Quality Brothers Construction is a family-run builder based minutes away in North Port. We build custom homes throughout Venice, South Venice, Nokomis and Englewood, for families moving to the area and for longtime residents ready for something new.
Many Venice homeowners come to us with a lot they already own, or an older home they want to replace. We walk you through every option before you commit.
What to Plan for When Building in Venice
Building near the coast takes careful planning. Here is what we review on every Venice lot:
- Flood zone and the finished floor elevation your home will need
- Permitting through the City of Venice or Sarasota County, depending on location
- Site prep, fill and drainage for your lot
- Water and sewer availability, or well and septic on some South Venice lots
- Wind-load and hurricane requirements under the Florida Building Code
Floor Plans or Fully Custom
Start from one of our floor plans designed for Florida living, adjust it to fit your lot and lifestyle, or design something entirely your own. Either way, you work directly with the builders, not a sales office.
